    State of the art

In particular for rental products whose amounts are small, such as certain local products, craft products, learning articles or electronic products, the two parties are not inclined to spend time for profits and relatively low expenses, so that certain objects that can be used end up being set aside, which creates a considerable waste of society's resources. We note that the development of transactions that do not require a face-to-face meeting, not only facilitates the exchanges and mutual use of objects in the vicinity of a neighborhood, but also allows the management of property in a neighborhood to be better. orderly, while sharing information and resources as well as unified remote management, thus avoiding waste of resources.
    Content of the invention
    The object of the present invention is to solve at least the above-mentioned problems, and to provide the advantages described below.
